This day retreat is an opportunity to unplug, unwind, recharge and open up your senses to the natural world and connect deeply within.
The day starts at 9.45 and will finish at 3pm
You’ll learn how to support your health and female hormones through nutrition and holistic lifestyle. Join us for a cookery class, preparing a delicious lunch together, and experience a deeper connection with the food you consume and see how it affects your body and emotions.
Reconnect with your true self though some powerful, guided exercises.
Use the day as a chance to get into nature and meet some like-minded women in this beautiful green space, just 10 minutes out of Tunbridge Wells and 1h 40min from central London.
Group size is kept small and intimate with a max of 20. Solo adventurers are very
welcome, or join us with a friend or two.

We’re delighted to be partnered with a great team from Plateful Nutrition, Reaching My Best and The Retreat to offer you a day of self-care and reflection as we look forward to create a future with peace, balance and calm.
What to expect:
- Yoga to feel inner peace and balance:
A short yoga flow to help you feel balanced. When we practice yoga we activate the parasympathetic nervous system helping us to reduce stress levels and allowing us to be more in tune with our surroundings. - Grounding activities to feel calm, present and focussed:
Grounding activates our body’s relaxation response, which helps us feel calm, present, and focused. Caroline will guide you through a grounding meditation using specific techniques and visualizations to establish a deep connection with the Earth. We will release energy, stress, and anxiety while fostering a sense of stability, and inner peace. - Meditation to release stress and anxiety
- Mindfulness session to re-connect with your true self:
Mindset and mindfulness coach for an hour of reconnecting with our true selves. Claire will lead us in some simple, yet powerful exercises to help you reconnect with who you are. - Hormone focussed support session to understand and manage emotions:
Vesela from holistic nutritionist at Plateful Nutrition will be exploring the role of your hormones and how to support them through various life stages. Learn how your hormones act as messengers and the powerful way you can transform your health when you learn how to support their function properly. - Deep understanding of how to manage and transform emotions through nutrition:
Prepare a nourishing lunch together, putting into practice the theory of hormone support. We will prepare lunch with locally sourced fresh foods and produce that support hormone function, and give us stable energy throughout the day. We will focus on the flavour factor and learn how to combine foods together in a delicious and intelligent way. - Reflections from the day and commitment to taking small yet important actions:
To round off this incredibly nourishing day we will spend some time as a group reflecting on what we have learnt and how we can use these insights in our lives moving forward. We will all commit to taking a small specific action to help embed these insights and then most importantly of all we will celebrate the day, each other and our selves.
We are also offering the opportunity to continue with your calm and peaceful mindset by offering a reduced rate to stay over and enjoy the serenity of Caracol and its beautiful surroundings.
